…lanced (apache#3433) Reject re-initialization once Channel::Init() has succeeded. This ensures a Channel instance only inserts into SocketMap at most once and preserves its options and signature intact, guaranteeing that ~Channel() always balances the insertion without requiring extra state tracking. Failed inits before the first successful initialization can still be retried.

Discover zlib explicitly with find_package(ZLIB REQUIRED) and link against the ZLIB::ZLIB imported target instead of the bare z library. This allows CMake to use the zlib configuration selected by the active toolchain.
Reject a fragmented stream message when its accumulated payload exceeds max_body_size. Release buffered fragments and close the stream with EMSGSIZE. Cover the boundary and rejection paths through a complete client/server RPC stream.
